When I charge my radar and it indicates full charge, the app says it's in a low battery state with only 13% charge. It won't charge past that. Is this thing toast? It's only a year old, and I don't ride outside very often.

    I reinstalled the phone app. Additionally, a sensor update was installed from the 1050 head unit for the radar. The battery issue is solved. The 1050 head unit reports the radar battery status as new, and the app reports full charge
