I simply can not abide this $375 paperweight put out by Garmin! It constantly disconnects and reconnects. The videos can only be viewed if I take the SD card out. The Varia app has done nothing, not once successfully connecting. The camera is absolutely a failure in software design.
It is insufferable that a company that makes aviation hardware/software essential to the safety of flight can not get this simple process of phone and head unit connectivity done correctly.
And the gall of a the tech rep asking me if I've turned my phone off and back on.... STFU.
