Who else have their Varia RCT715 videos became blurred after the latest update?

I loved my Varia RCT715 for being a swiss army knife kind of gadget for my rear.

However, after the latest firmware upgrade, the video became blurred and can't even read the plate number of the lorry that got so close to me.almost knocking my handlebar.

I reset and reformatted the SD card, changed to a new one in EXFAT, no joy.

Please help.

Exactly the same issue. Just made an expensive device into a doorstop. Come on Garmin ... do you bother to look at your updates?? No way to revert. Last product I will buy from this company... and this is from someone who has bought perhaps $2M in aviation products from them. Their software is just getting worse and worse.
