Wondering if someone who has the new unit can test if the unit will accept a charge/bypass to use it while plugged in. In theory this could extend life indefinitely if attached to an external source (power block etc) for long rides.
the 715 tail light supports this and has allowed me to use it for a 15+ hour ride with all features with just a small pack. Ideally the same can be done with the new headlights
