Does Varia show speed?

Someone wrote a Youtube comment that his device shows speed of an approaching cars with Varia radar. Is this true? Can some device show the speed of the car behind using a Varia radar device?

My Bike Radar Traffic data field does show approaching vehicle speed (relative and/or absolute) plus other metrics. I have it loaded on all my devices (Edge 840/fenix 8/Instinct 3). One of the 1st apps I load on new devices.
