Anyone know how to set default mode in the RTL510

Hi all,

Out of nowhere, my RTL510 is always starting up in the mode that only flashes when it sees a car. It's not the end of the world, but kind of annoying to change the mode at the start of every ride.

I always fully turn it off after using.

Any ideas?

Hi, the light sometimes resets to its default mode, depending on whether the light mode is set before starting to record an activity:

Yeah it's messy... Maybe set your default mode to be the one you want, and then hopefully it work okay. Otherwise be sure to set/check your light mode *after* you start recording an activity.
