Blurred Video

Sometime in the last couple of weeks my Varia RCT715 has started to record blurred videos.

I can't remember dropping the camera.Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi DavidKK, Are all your videos blurry or just some?

Try the following and let me know if the problem persists:

Hard reset the radar by holding the power button for 10 seconds
Reformat the SD Card using these steps: New SD Card Gives Error With Varia RCT715 (or try another SD card)
Clean the camera lens with a microfiber cloth.

All the videos are blurry.

I’ve reset the radar, reformatted the SD Card and cleaned the lens but the problem persists.

tingtw if you have tried these steps:

Hi, I tried all steps and also replaced the microSD with a brand new unit but problem still persisted. In fact, the quality getting worst by itself. Previously my rear wheel was still sharp but now everything blurred.
