varia RTL515 united kingdom/french version, what is unique to this?

The RTL515 is sold under the following codenames

010-02375-00 other EU countries/Australia
010-02376-00 US version/Latin America

010-02377-00 is approved for operation in France and the United Kingdom.
010-02378-00 is germany RTL516 - (STVZO), only 5L continuous mode.

what is unique in the version for France and the United Kingdom?? It is called out uniquely in the manuals as meeting country requirements.

For examaple on amazon.co.uk the garmin store sells both versions

I believe it is to do with the radar frequencies used.

in the manuals for RTL510 and RTL515 I did see differences in the power levels used

RTL510 mentions 2.4 GHz @ 4 dBm nominal; 24 GHz @ 12 dBm nominal
RTL515 mentions 2.4 GHz @ 0 dBm nominal; 24 GHz @ 13.6 dBm nominal

but no documentation on the frequencies for the different versions within a given model.
