My RTL510 keeps turning itself on

My RTL510 keeps turning itself on. It varies at times, will go a day without doing this but then will do it several times a day. I updated the firmware and still doing it. Any ideas of the problem

Completely turn it off by pressing & holding the power button until the blue light goes on solid momentarily.
