Issues with RTL-515 v3.32 (Light Network Not Formed, Random Shutdowns, Radar Fails to Pair)

My Edge 1030 Plus has worked flawlessly from September up until this week when v3.32 of the RTL-515 firmware was released.  I RMA'd my Varia RTL-515, and even a brand new unit with won't pair with my Edge 1030 Plus (even after a full reset of both devices).  It seems like either the radar or the light network will work but not both.  Again, everything worked perfectly in v3.26.  Is it possible to downgrade the firmware?

    The other weird that started happening with v3.32 is that my Varia kept shutting down during a ride.  It was fully turning itself off.  This was happening even when I disabled the light network and even removed the radar sensor from the list of light sensors.  I sent a full ANT TX/RX debug log of the shutdown to Garmin, but still haven't heard back yet.  Not sure if the new device will have the problem or not as I haven't ridden with it yet, only attempted to pair it, which had the same problems as my old unit.

    I am having the same problem with my Varia RTL 510 and Fenix 6x. I had this problem already last year for a couple of months and then it disappeared with an update and now again the same after update (or very similar thing). Varia turning itself off and in fact impossible to use it, as it turns off after a couple of seconds. I've tried to connect, disconnect, remove the radar from the list and add it there again, restart my watch...it's very disappointing, I have Varia for approximately 1,5 year and at least half of this time problems with connection resulting in impossibility to use this product (Garmin should do something about it - this is not the standard that anybody would expect from them).

    i also have problem with the latest version ! it is taking long to show the car !!!! with the old version the car was show in the right time and place in my edge 1030 plus

    I tested the replacement RTL-515 today and it worked as expected with v3.32.  The light network and the radar and remained connected throughout my four hour ride (with a couple of disconnects, but it immediately reconnected after the drop-outs).  Pairing the new RTL-515 on v3.32 to the Edge 1030 Plus was a nightmare.  I must have added and deleted the sensor ten times to the Edge 1030 Plus before both the radar and the light network connected.  And this is after multiple resets of the RTL-515 and a full reset of my Edge 1030 Plus deleting all data.  I do believe there are bugs with pairing a RTL-515 on v3.32.  It seemed way more unstable compared to when I first paired with v3.22 or v3.26.  I tried adding the sensor from "Search All Sensors", "Radar" and "Light".  Product support mentioned that "Search All Sensors" was more reliable.  I read elsewhere that possibly other Ant+ sensors interfere with the radar and it's better to start the Edge 1030 Plus with your Speed, Power and HRM sensors woken up before turning on the RTL-515.  That's what I did today for my ride and it worked.
