Bike Computer For Garmin Radar

I tried the Garmin Varia radar with the Edge 530 and the radar alert tone on the 530 is inaudible due to my age, the tone frequency, and volume level. Can anyone recommend a bike computer that will solve that problem without the cell phone app. Some at Garmin support have told me the Edge 130 Plus provides a loud radar alert tone but others at Garmin have told me the 530 and 130 Plus tones are the same. Can anyone recommend a bike computer that will interface with the Garmin radar and provide a loud radar alert tone preferably at a little lower frequency?

I've heard that the 1030 plus has a louder speaker, but I haven't heard it myself.

You could get the newest models that also include BTLE connections and a phone app. Maybe that would let you route the sound through the phone?

Thanks. Garmin support has told me the 1030 is the same volume and it is quite an investment. The phone app has bugs that generate erroneous tones.

I have a Wahoo elemnt Bolt and find the alert tones far louder than my friends 530.

If you connect the radar to a supported Forerunner or Fenix watch it will vibrate on your wrist so you don't have to depend on alert tone. You can also use the Varia app on your smartphone and configure it to vibrate in your pocket.
