RTL510 - No green light when charging, no USB connection

My RTL510 seems to be working OK but is no longer showing a green flash/steady to indicate charging (I don't have the red light that is mentioned in the manual).

I've had it plugged in and my head unit shows the light is is being fully charged.

I also notice that if I plug it into laptop that it's not visible in Garmin Express.

I've done a reset. Any other ideas?

Have you tried a different USB cable?

From a charging perspective, I have tried 4-5 different ones, it's definitely charging - it was showing 50% on my Edge and is now showing full. I've tried 3-4 different cables to the PC (and two different computers). Might try another one for good luck!

I even dug out a Garmin original cable. Still no green charging light nor USB connection. I haven't had it connected to PC in an age so maybe it's the last OTA update that left it in this state. As I say, it's working on the bike, definitely charging and I can reset it to pairing mode (purple flash). Very odd!
