Varia radar rtl515 - Best practices for fast Light Network forming ?

I have bought Varia radar Rtl515, and I have Edge 1030 with10.22 Beta firmware

Actually I have use it only once outside , due to bad weather and changing the Daylight Saving Time

Can anybody tell me what are the steps (maybe devices must be open in right order , first Varia then Garmin or ....) in order to fast network forming , because I have tested In the house and sometimes I see that it takes a while, sometimes Network if forming fast (but I don't understand why)

Once the light network is formed, then I did not see any problem
