Flashing in 'off-mode' upon detection of traffic

I suggest to add a mode that during daylight when it is not required that the Varia RTL515 light is 'on' all the time, the Varia would flash upon detection of traffic and when no traffic is detected the Varia light is 'off' to safe the battery.

    In todays society it wise to have on even in day so that you are seen. There are some less than observant motorists out there.  You only need one numpty.

    But having said that having the choice to switch off as you described could be good.
