Varia RTL510 pairing to an Iphone

I cannot pair my Varia to my Iphone7, bluetooth is on and the phone is in pairing mode.

Despite multiple attempts it wont pair, it pairs without a problem to my edge 1000.

Help please !

RTL510 supports only ANT+, RTL515 supports ANT+ and BTLE. iPhone supports ANT+ only through ANT+ adapter. Do you have it inserted and working?

Needs iOs 13 plus

Nice of them to have backwards compatibility and let us know , wasn't it?
