Varia RTL515 firmware version 3.26

Hi guys,

Today afternoon I noticed on Garmin Connect Web under my FR945 that there is an RTL515 firmware upgrade, version 3.26.

I tried to sync the watch and connect to the radar but it did not upgrade anything and now I cannot see on GC anymore either.

Also, I could not find any changelog for the Varia devices in the last couple of years. Is there anyone who upgraded and/or have a changelog?

change log is:

fixed a delay in sending the device battery status to a connected phone

fixed an issue that prevented the device status LED from showing the charging status when the device was plugged…

Yes, upgraded last week via Garmin Express but can't remember what the changes were

I didn't think of connecting the radar to Garmin Express directly I thought it was only updated through an Edge/Watch.

Ever since my Varia was updated to 3.26, I keep getting disconnected error on my Edge 530... Be careful if you install it.

No issues with disconnects between my RTL515 and Edge 530.

Did the old trick or removing and reinstalling the sensor after another ride where the radar portion of the sensor wouldn’t work and lighting network kept connecting/disconnecting in the ride. Fingers crossed that it will do the trick.

Hi! I have the same problem. After i changed from Edge 520 to 530 i cannot create a lighting networg. UT800 is working great, but when i trie to connect RTL515 both connections goes down. How you managed this issue?
