Can a Varia RTL510 be added to Garmin Connect?, and can Vector 3 pedals be added to Garmin Express ?

Hello

It would be nice to have a unique shared Device Data Base for Garmin Connect and Garmin Express.

a) It would be nice to have the possibility to add my Varia RTL510 to Garmin Connect (so the firmware can be updated through the phone).

b) Also, it would be nice to be able to add my Vector 3 pedals to Garmin Express (so I can manage all my Devices from my computer as well, for better bandwidth availability, specilly when abroad).

Maybe it is possible to register the devices in the indicated APPs, but I have not been able to do it

If so, I would appreciate any guidance on how to do it.
