Garmin Express vs RTL510 Upadate 3.7

When I connect the RTL510 to my computer via USB, Garmin Express says that software updates 3.7 are available. I click "Install", the process completes successfully, the status changes to "Update is not required" version 3.7. But if I disconnect the device and reconnect it, then again the message appears about the need to update the software.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Garmin Express

I still get the same problem after every update to v3.7. Maybe the new RTL511 has no issues.
