Varia RTL500 works perfect, but RTL510 have LAG!!

Enchanted with my RTL500 I have decided to buy the new RTL510 for being more "stylish". The problem is that with the new Radar, the point that represents the vehicles has a certain delay (edit: in garmin edge 1030). I see how a car overtakes me and the point is still coming to me, when with the previous model it was perfect.

have updated to firmware 3.50 but it has not improved. Is this my way or is it my unit? I have put back the RTL500 and it goes much thinner and precisely. I don't understand :(

as I did not have 500, I cannot compare them.

how I "feel" the cars, and the "delay" you feel I take it as a safety plus:

when green is gone, I'm sure I do not have a car behind, and I can turn in safety to left.

Been using my RTL510 with the handlebar display unit for several months and haven't had any issue.

Looks like a VIvoactive or similar watch.

I've been using my RTL510 with my Edge 1030 for quite a while and it's working great.

I wonder if it is related to the watch you're using? It will be a while till I'm able to ride outside again (Cold here in Chicago), but I'll try to test the response with the 510 connected to both my 1030 & VA3.
