RTL 510 Feedback

I owned and loved the old unit. Just upgraded and noticed something and wondering if others are seeing it too.

If riding with a few people and they open and then close a small gap it picks them up. The speed difference seems to be less than the 10kph speed differential . Even if not, once they close it takes about 30s-1min to lose them. It thinks there is a car literally on me.

Over all still super happy and suspect it is a firmware tweak. I do love the added brightness of the unit in daylight.

Yes, I get that, too. Overall, it's not bothersome to me and I've gotten used to it to the point that I think I'll miss it if it goes away. :-)

Kind of kills the point as it will not alert again if a car approaches. It just treats it as an ongoing event. I hope they fix it back to the previous way it picked up things.

Yes I have also noticed that the threshold for alarm is more sensitive, both in the size/volumen of the vehicle approaching and in the speed difference. Now a single bike approaching triggers the alarm some times. There are more false positives now. Nothing too bad but I preferred the previous behaviour.
