Varia Radar - how to downgrade the firmware to v3.40?

I'm developing a widget to control the light of the varia radar. After upgrading the firmware to v3.60 i've problems controlling the light - i can switch it off but not on again.

Now i want to check this behavior with an older firmware (v3.40) - does anybody know where i can find older firmware files and how to manually install the firmware?

If you look in the "edge" directory here: http://gawisp.com/perry/edge/ you will find the firmwares for the radar lamp. I believe there was a thread on here describing a firmware downgrade.

After downgrading to v3.40 my widget RadarLight works as designed including switching on the light again.
Garmin, what have you done with v3.60? ...

You shouldn't expect Garmin to check compatibility with every single connect widget/app when they do a firmware update.The onus is on the app/widget developer.

That's right... but when mLightNetwork.setTaillightsMode(AntPlus.LIGHT_MODE_ST_81_100) doesn't work any more (the same on any other "on" mode) and _only_ AntPlus.LIGHT_MODE_OFF is working - than i'm a little bit confused about this update...

Firmware 3.6 Varia radar is not working properly with Edge 1000 v14.1 - manual selection of light mode (shutdown / continuous / flashing selection) is faulty. Go back to 3.4 and everything works fine.
