Edge 520 and Varia Disconnects and shuts off

Varia RTL shuts off after 10 seconds and message says "Radar Disconnected."
Radar symbol shows in upper right corner of Edge 520
Current, updated firmware for both.
Edge sensors show connected to Powertap hub, heart rate monitor, and radar.
Sensor settings on Enable, show to the right, sound
Removed Stages Power that I no longer use and Bluetooth to Samsung phone.
Please resolve, this was an expensive investment!

I returned it. They think it was because it was a unit from the U.K. Thanks for trying to help.
