TL-300 Won't Re-Connect - 820

Sometimes I turn my TL-300 off during a group ride.
Once the ride is over I turn it back on to get me home alone.
The LED blinks blue to indicate its pairing, but won't reform the light network on the Edge 820.

Anyone know why?
