Can't save display settings on Vision

Just got a new Edge 820 and vision.

I cannot get the Edge to save the display arrangements I make. I change one and then return to the display screen only to see everything default back to speed.

Is this a potential firmware issue? I have 4.10 on the Edge and need to update the Vision for its part keeps restarting after I try to swipe to acknowledge the connection or when I get to warning screen.

It has not worked out of the box. Regardless, not sure why that would affect the Edge's ability to save display settings.

What build do you have on the Vision? The latest is 3.20.

Vision is way behind--2.3 out of the box and I need to update it, which I will do when I get back home. But it's never come up--just endlessly resets.

But this would be a separate issue from the data fields on the Edge's config screens from working, no?

There may be some handshake going on that does not work because the vision software is too old.
