My device stopped accepting a charge recently. I plug it into any USB power source; computer, iPhone charger, USB hub, etc. and it will flash green twice, then the status LED turns red.
It does appear as a USB storage device when connected to a computer, so it's not completely broken. Any troubleshooting steps?
I would open it up and attempt to charge the battery with a power supply, but I can't figure out how to open it. And there's probably something less drastic to try first.
