New Varia model coming?

Hi

Looking to get one of these, but Wiggle are out of stock and Amazon only have a few left.

I doubt if anyone knows, but could there be a new version coming soon?

All the features can be released as software update, even the BLE functionality. The older unit uses nRF52832 that supports BLE...

Hoping that the "peloton mode" will be in an software update for the 510...possible, isn't it?

Bike-discount.de is also out of stock for the Radar rear light. And the product is/will not be available at all. Only the bundle version is on stock.

Hopefully there will be a better version. Does anyone know what or is this just a coincident?

Varia what? Radar? Vision? Light?

Sadly, Garmin has used the Varia brand as a catchall.

I would like Garmin to incorporate a safety video camera similar to the Cycliq FLY6CE, which is garbage. I’d then like to see a front light safety camera with the ability to record over itself and preserve latest footage like the Fly12CE.

I suppose it's possible, but in Shane Miller's (GP Lama) YouTube video, I believe he pointed out a dedicated button on the top of the RTL515 to engage/disengage the peloton mode.

In addition to that it would be hard to operate during the ride.

Actually it was in DC Rainmaker's review where he mentioned that the peloton mode on the RTL515 is engaged with the button on the upper part of the unit.
