I saw another user posted this topic 9 months ago, but it was never resolved in that thread. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. We had a rider in our group that was struck by a car and there were cars that were following the event, but I was unable to make out the license plate number, so I would like to get this resolved in case there is another event. The lens was clean and the unit had the most recent firmware.
