Battery never fully charges

I have my Vario Rct715 paired with my Samsung phone and Edge 830. My problem is I can't get the device fully charged. In both my phone and Edge it shows half charged. I have tried charging the Varia on several different USB-C cables and chargers with the same result. The green light on the Varia shows solid green indicating a full charge. The battery life is commensurate with a half-charge as it lasts about 2.5 hours.

Do I have a defective Varia?

I had a similar problem with mine today. I fully charged it green light was solid. When I started my ride I noticed that the batter indicator had all but one bar of battery. Odd... It usually has all bars.

jasontech Has this been happening each time you charge the device or just this one time? If you can try a different USB-C cable and charging source to see if this helps with the charging that will be good to know.

Once you see the solid green indicator light after your next charge, please see if the battery is showing full on your Varia app or on your head unit that it is paired to.

This has only happened once. I will plug it in now and see what happens and get back to you. I am using he cable that came with is since the day I purchased it.

After this charge I was able to get 100%.
