Rally rs200 doesnt show power. Only shows cadence

Hello,

I can see that this issue has been brought up before, but it appears it was not resolved.

I have been using my Rally RS200 pedals for a few months and they recently stopped showing power and only cadence.

How may this bed resolved?

I have also started experiencing this issue. The battery status is 'ok' for both pedals. It has the latest software. It is connected to my Fenix watch via ANT+. I have reset by taking off and replacing the battery covers. I have unpaired and re-paired to my watch. I cannot think of anything else to try.
