Recently got my hubby the Rally 100 Power Meter. They are installed, paired with the Connect App but when he goes for a ride, he gets nothing…. No data at all. We have tried to research what we’re doing wrong to no avail. He’s sure it’s operator error but it’s starting to get frustrating. Can someone explain it to us from the beginning? Even though we’ve paired, sync’d and calibrated per the instructions….What are the steps to syncing, calibrating, riding AND getting ride data at the end. THANK YOU!
