Adjustments to correct PCO

My PCO values are +2 mm on my right foot and +11 mm on my left foot.

I'm happy with the value for my right foot but I'd like to reduce the value for my left foot. I feel the added force that is being exerted on the outside of that foot.

What factors should I consider to reduce the outward offset?

  • saddle height 4 example. if you sit too high, that affect for this also. so 1st of all finding the ideal height is mandatory. 2nd: do you have uneven hip or not (due to the wrong saddle height/settings from the past), need to test and if you have, need to do exercises to make it even. and check the cleat positions on the shoes, are these symmetric or not, but if somebody has assymetria in his body, sometimes the assymetric cleat settings give him even and perfect values.
