New Garmin Connect - Power Meter Data Error PC Version (Cycling Dynamics)

I have Rally XC200 installed and since the update to Garmin Connect I'm getting this error. I've replaced batteries and removed and reinstalled on my Edge 530. It doesn't appear to be an issue on other time frames.
