Incorrect left/right ratio on the XC 200

I have a problem with the Rally XC 200. The left/right ratio shows an average of 30/70 which can't be right.

However, the overall performance seems to be displayed correctly.

If I just kick right, it shows 0/100; if i just step left it shows 60/40.
 Apparently something is wrong with the measurement.

What could be the reason?

    Same problem today. Balance 36 left / 64 right. Before i was always around 50/50 +/-1

    Hi, if it reads anything other than 0/100 when using only one pedal (no foot on the other pedal), then something is wrong. Maybe try to recalibrate manually, but if the problem doesn't go away, then probably best to contact Garmin Support. You might also try installing fresh batteries (that's just an idea, it might help, and doesn't hurt to try).

    If however it reads 0/100 correctly when using only one pedal, then I think the L/R balance is a personal issue. I have had a 60/40 balance after a winter off, last year was usually 53/47. I did the single pedal test above and got 0/100 for each pedal. I also did the static weight test and got the correct reading on each pedal (they were within 0.6% of each other and I think the spec is 2%). So my pedals are working correctly and clearly the problem is me haha!

    I have the same problem... Garmin says they didn't do anything about it.. I didn't change anything... It only started doing it from 17.09. Sometimes it shows right for a moment, a few seconds and then the horror...I don't get it. I will still borrow the 830 and try it on her. Otherwise I don't know. It annoys me. Mainly the distance of the center of the shoe is now - 20 on the right side. Garmin edge 1040 solar.
