Advice on Battery maker for Rally pedals

Replaced batteries today after Edge 1000 gave low battery warning for my Rally 200s. Got PGSONIC lithium CR1/3N batteries from Amazon and replaced the original ones. Edge 1000 now reports battery status at 3 bars which looks mid way to full. Garmin Connect Mobile app reports battery status as OK.

Are these batteries OK? is the Edge 1000 underestimating the battery charge in general -- as I've heard on some of these threads? What's up with all this?

Mine only ever shows three bars - I’ve judged a variety of batteries all with the same charge status when new. The Duracell version does seem to last longer.
