LED permanent green after update to 4.10

Hello, my left pedal stays permanent green after I tried to update to 4.10. My right pedal is blinking three times green. I'm unable to connect to the pedal via Android, Edge and Fenix. Removing both batteries over the night didn't helped. I have the sad feeling that my pedal died..

Suggestions/help welcome!

Same here, spent half hour explaining things to various agents and they've asked for proof of purchase replace them...

Maeve, same issue here ! Green light permanent solid. Left pedal. It doesn’t recognize or sync, please help !

Please contact Garmin Support as the pedals will need to be replaced.

Yes, this is a bug with firmware version 4.10 that is well-known by Garmin. They replace pedals no questions asked. But there is no way for you to fix this bug at home.

So contact Garmin support in your country and describe your bug. You'll have your pedals replaced.

Don't click on it, just over the mouse over it, then select Send a private message. You have to be on a computer.
