Rally rs200 doesnt show power. Only shows cadence

I recently bought my rally rs200 pedals. Installed it on the bike, then paired successfuly with garmin edge 530. Then calibrated successfuly. The garmin edge only shows cadence. The power is still 0 watts. If i pedal hard enough sometimes it shows 7 or 8 watts and sometimes still 0. I feel like i checked everything . Do you please have any idea what should i do?

Hi 2476610! When you calibrated, did you go to menu > sensors > select the power meter > calibrate? Also, please ensure your power meter is paired via ANT+ rather than BLE in the sensor details.

Hello, thank you for the answer :). I did it exactly like this… i also tried both bluetooth and ant+.

Do you see what software version your pedals are on in sensors > select the power meter > sensor details > about, on the edge?
