Different values beetweem Power Meters Garmin Rally- Quarq

Hello, on my Road bike i have a Quarq PM installed.

On my MTN a Garmin Rally 100 (single pedal).

I notice a lot of diffences in Power values, almost 30W in a single hphill, as average watt.

My FTP shoul be 270W

is it norma?

    Any idea what your left / right balance is prior to getting a bike fitting I was around 60/40 now I am 50/50 occasionally 1% either side I use a SRAM Red Quarq PM outside.   Have you tried installing Rally pedal on road bike and comparing the data as doing so on different bikes is never going to give accurate results.
