Reduced power Rally XC 100 pedals

Hi,

My pedals seem to have much less power since a couple of months. Yesterday I did a common ride as in january. A difference of power of 43 watts average !!
Did calibration before ride, tighten the pedals as it should be, all updated but no difference in output. Anayone else got this problem ?

Another issue is that there is a high difference between NP and Avg Power. Same route I rode.

  • the 2 strava charts are the same, pls fix it.

  • I am sorry. Here is the other one.

  • can You select that "steep" climb @14-15km  (apprx 1km long as i see) on both pics? And give me info about your weight and used bike (mtb or gravel or road with what kind of tyre) , just for a quick calculation ?

  • I ride an MTB Specialized Stumpjumper  Expert HT with 29 inch tires, around 13.2 kg. My weight is 60 kg.

  • i cant calculate it accurately due to the lots of stops (i would need direct strava link ) but for me it looks like (from this partial data) the left pic is closer to the real power, the right pic is too high . but it is not "official" statement :) btw, somebody (a guy from Barcelona if i remember good) had the same issue with Rally, he had overmeausured power for weeks and after "decreased" somewhy (but that latest was the accurate and the previos values were overmeasured).

  • I didn't stop on the hill. I was doing short intervals. But I agree that the first pic is more realistic but I think too low and the other pic too high. Another thong is that I think Garmin has changed here algorythme because if I look at the difference from the intervals between the first pic and the second, there is a hugh difference between t them.
