Rally - Sync

In the Web Connect it always shows that I have one item that needs to be sync'd. I am running the latest version (3.00) and it shows software is up to date. When I connect with the mobile app it connects without issue. Any suggestions about what this one unsync'd item is and how to sync it?

I would ignore it. There is nothing for GC to sync. I would just click on the delete X next to the user settings in the image above and remove it.

Sorry, I thought the x might work. There are no user settings stored on peals so it is an error in GC. I guess one option would be to remove them from GC/GCM.

Is anyone else seeing this same issue? If so, have you been able to resolve it?

@aweatherall Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, there is no way to remove it. That X is not for removing it. It's annoying to have it there indicating something needs to be sync'd. I've been ignoring it for months since it first popped up.

I take it back! I just learned that if you click on the bubble with the number of items to be sync'd it will reveal what needs to be sync'd. I the case of these Rally pedals it said it needed to sync User Settings. At that point it does have a 'X" to remove it. So, have and it's now gone!
