Rally - Sync

In the Web Connect it always shows that I have one item that needs to be sync'd.   I am running the latest version (3.00) and it shows software is up to date.  When I connect with the mobile app it connects without issue.  Any suggestions about what this one unsync'd item is and how to sync it?
