Rally RK 200 standing/seating

Hi all. . I m noticing difference in seating/standing time position. outdoor riding is fine but when it comes to indoor training, the standing position is not being calculated. My setup as follows Edge 830 Rally connected via ANT. Zwift rally connected as power/cadence via BT + neo 2t as controllable trainer.

The Edge should still capture seated/standing time but the Zwift record cannot, if you use Bluetooth to connect to the pedals. The Bluetooth bike power service does not support seated/standing information.

I know :) there is no such data on zwift. I was referring to data on the edge :)

Thanks for the clarification. There are some riders whose style defeats the seated/standing detection method; typically it has to do with how much force the rider puts into the handlebars while standing. It's interesting that yours seems to be dependent on trainer vs. outdoors.

I was thinking. . I usually work with ERG mode this might have an impact as power is always steady/varies slightly. Will re test in a non-ERG workout and let you know :)

hi :) just wanted to let you know that with ERG mode turned off - Free ride on zwift the standing/seating position from Rally on Garmin connect was spot on! :) happy days.
