how to buy shimano di2 app for explore 2

Hello,
Here's my problem.
On IQ Connect, I downloaded a Shimano Di2 app for Explorer 2.
It works fine in demo mode, but when I try to buy the app on IQ Connect, I can't buy it; the box is grayed out.
Can you help me?

You should post a link to this app, there are few different ones. For the one I have, instructions stated money transfer via Revolut account. Did that, got my code via email.
