It's still only showing 26.18 for me. I don't know what's going on.
Hello, where did you see the versions for Edge Explore 2 28.20? Because the official version is 27.14. The beta stopped at version 28.11.
I've tried it. Some new graphics in the Sensor menu, and new layout in Varia menu, but nothing useful or worth mentioning (like larger buttons that use the screen efectively). Hazard pop-ups can now also be on top (I haven't seen it there before).
I understand they deploy software by regions (probably to avoid overloading their servers), so it may take a few days to be available. That said I recommend a complete device reset, possibly before and for sure after a major update. It saved me a few headaches,
Hello, the new software 28.20 appeared a few days ago and there is a description of what functions they added, so why are you writing about the software being regionalized? It is generally available...
This is not what I mean. Software is not regionalized, however its distribution is. In the past they used to put a % of deployment in the thread announcing the release.
After installing the na SW I started having problems with discovery of Bontrager lights. I have both: a front and rear one. Garmin discovers them randomly. It also happens that even if a light is discovered it dissapears after some time.
I have the same problem with a Bontrager Flare RT.
The Flare RT can connect using ANT+ or BT. If you have two lights and both are BT connected you can expect connection problems because BT allows only one connection at a time. As a test try only one light connected via BT and check if it stays connected. Then switch to ANT+ with one light and if that is allright, then connect the second light and see if both stay connected. Switching from BT to ANT+ is in the manual. Worth a try?
Hello, ANT+ uses less battery power for the lights...
I have four lights connected to my Garmin, and they all work and I can control them from the navigation system.
Occasionally, something doesn't work, but simply turning off the light control in the navigation system, waiting, and then turning it back on again will synchronize the lights with the Garmin.
