HRM-DUAL chest strap

I have a Garmin Edge Explore fitted to my bicycle with HRM-DUAL chest strap but recently the heart rate notification keeps going blank for quite long periods. I bought another strap but the same thing is happening. I wet the strap before wearing but still not working

Battery is fine, it's a new device

Are you sure it's fitted tight enough on tour chest? If it's new then maybe it's worth to consider warrantee options

I have the same Issue since updating from 10.27 to 24.56. Seems to be a Software bug in the Edge Explore.
