edge explore 2 don't receive hr from my watch

Hello

I just bought a garmin edge explore 2 but I can't get heart rate from my watch.

Garmin can see the watch, but can't receive the data. It says deconnected.

BTW, the watch is a coros pace 3

but the watch works well, because i can send hr from it to my wahoo kickr core

    Check that the sensor has been paired correctly.

    Checking the box in the sensor list only marks it to be added. Pairing then needs to be completed by scrolling to the top of the menu and selecting add sensor to complete the setup.

    I did that, and it connects. then it says that it will use an open connection and that the sensor is connected.

    But when I go to the sensors list, it keeps trying to connect, but with no success.
