How do I get the topo maps to show on my Edge Explore 2.

I have been trying to upload a western europe map to my Edge Explore 2, it shows it on the Garmin Express but not showing in the explore 2, this only shows the original base map.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you enabled it? You might need to disable the other map. Go to the profile, Navigation, Map, Map Information and look

I have the same problem and there is nothing to enable it simply shows the base map. I am trying to download UStopo. All was working well until I did an update

Yikes after many hours trying everything and 5 calls to Garmin I tried using a new USB C cord and the maps successfully downloaded and are on my device

I finally figured out that my USB cord was faulty. Tried a new one and all worked fine. This after 5 calls to Garmin support.
