Maps disappeared

Just downloaded new topoactive maps, and now all my maps are just basic lines -- no detail, no colour, nothing. I've fiddled with the settings and everything, and no luck. Very frustrating.

If you have tried everything, your only choice is to delete the maps, reset the device, and download the maps again.
