I asked Garmin what's in the secret, unannounced 27.13, and got this answer. Since they're so busy with the cycling season, I thought I'll help them out by pasting and clicking on the Post button...

• Added light mode theme for headlight camera page
• Added ability to save a course in the reverse direction
• Added error prompt for failed software update
• Add support for sensor updates over BLE
• Reordered power and heart rate zones to match Garmin Connect (high to low)
• Fixed issue where dynamic glance does not update unless device is rebooted
• Fixed battery status icon inconsistency in battery low warning prompt
• Fixed GroupRide glance showing 0 riders
• Fixed issue with sensors displaying improper name
• Fixed duplicate data screen entry when adding new data screen
• Fixed POI not showing "add: icon in course creator
• Fixed missing tone when connecting new sensor
• Removed prompted timer start mode tone on non data screens
• Fixed issue with pairing third party power meters via Bluetooth
