map on edge explore 2

Hi all,

Can anyone help, the map on the screen has gone, all i get when following a route is a white screen with a line to navigate, all the colours and other roads have disappeared. any idear what has happened..

Do a reset and if that doesn’t work, I’d plug it into a computer and reinstall the map.
