Cant change heart rate zones

Hey guys, since few updates back I cant change resting HR in heart rate zones menu. Device will get error that HR should be between -1 and 30. Cant change it in Connect either.

In Garmin Connect, if the heart rate is based on % of max, resting heart rate can't be entered. If set for % of heart rate reserve, resting heart rate can be entered. I don't know why Garmin has done this.
