Can't install komoot on Garmin edge explore 2 via Garmin express

I've bought a garmin edge explore 2 and try install komoot on it but it says i must go to Garmin express to do this.

I've did connect it via usb cable and log into express but it did not recognize the device?

Please advise.

Have you tried with original cable? Try with different one. Your PC should see Garmin device as a drive. If not, you have issue with device/cable/USB port/computer, not Garmin Express.

Thanks for the reply but i bought it second hand and it did not come with a USB. I've bought a USB that can transfer data on Amazon. It'll come on Friday and see if it works.
